Book As a Rental Through Management
This option works usually best for longer term stays. The monthly rate is lower, services like lawn care, pool and hot tub maintenance and utilities are not included. Application fee of $55 required. Refundable security deposit is one month, refundable pet fee is $600. Application is done through the management company system.
